We have three main formulas that will meet the requirements of the vast majority of the worlds casting market.
All of the waxes in the range have vastly improved surface finish making for less work cleaning up the casting once completed. Enhanced readability has also been built in across the range, making fine detail easy to see.
PZ-J 515C – Pink A filigree type wax designed for easy mould removal and superb reproduction of detail with an exceptional surface finish.
PZ-J522L – Turquoise A general purpose wax capable of fulfilling the injection requirements of most customers. Medium viscosity allowing for lower pressure injection retaining a great level of durability making it very easy to work with.
PZ-J533H – Aqua, A low viscosity wax developed to support the requirement for very thin sections while retaining the strength and flexibility for easy mould removal. Easy to inject with any type of machinery. Read more

PZ-J521H - Dura-Green, the toughest wax in our range, ideally suited to the manufacture of large pieces such as belt buckles and idols. Great for stone in place casting.
PZ-J516K – Flex Blue, the most durable wax in the range, suited to metal mould injection and stone in place casting. The ideal wax to use if you need to store your wax for a period of time before casting.
PZ-WS708F, Water soluble wax. Created to allow for dissolution in warm water without the requirement of acids. Ideal for manufacturing beads and charms.

3. PROCESSING
Important note: the platinum catalyst is in the component CATALYST. Catalyst and Base components may only be used together if they have the same batch number.
4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take the two bi-component products supplied by Zhermack (base and catalyst) and shake before use in order to homogenize each component prior to mixing. Weigh an equal amount of catalyst and base (e.g. 100 grams of catalyst and 100 grams of base; within a 5% error range the results will not change).Please keep in mind that the exact proportions 1:1 must be respected in order to guarantee the final characteristics of the product.
